Spinning Plant Details :
We have our own yarn manufacturing capacity for catering to the in-house Denim & Non-Denim Bottom wear production. This helps to reduce the manufacturing cycle time, and minimize the dependency on outsourcing yarn.In addition, internal spinning enables Aarvee to maintain consistency in fabric quality.

The raw material, cotton that meets the required fibre characteristics like staple length, bundle strength , micronaire etc is procured from selected ginneries mainly from Gujarat and also from other states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Time to time , looking to the conditions of crop and price , company also imports cotton from USA, Central/South America, Pakistan etc.

Machinery :
The manufacturing facility consists of Blow room with Automatic Cotton feeding and automatic control system supplied by Truetzschler . From the Blow room the material is pneumatically transported to the high speed Carding machines. Draw frames are equipped with Auto leveller for better control of sliver hank and U%.

We have Imported drawing machines like Vouk , Truetzschler and Rieter with best controls to ensure highest quality of the end product.

We also manufacture Combed yarn for value added products.

Speed frames from Zinser ensure better quality and productivity of roving.

We have high speed Ring frames equipped with Auto doffing which require minimum manpower , and material handling .

In the Ring frame section, we have provision for producing specialty yarn like core spun, fancy yarn and different configuration of slub yarns. The hard ware and soft ware from Amsler and Pinter ensures reproducibility of the various slub patterns . Ring yarn is further cleared with latest make Autoconers like Schlaforst 338 model and Murata 21C which are equipped with loepfe TK 930, 940F and Uster Quantum-3.

The Open end machines of SE12 Schlafhorst – Oerlikon are equipped with Corolab for the manufacturing of high quality yarn. The open end machines are equipped for producing precise length and attachment for fancy yarn of various specifications as per Customer’s requirement.

Productivity :

• The counts produced range from coarse count 5s up to 20s depending on the product mix .
• The overall Ring Spinning capacity is 21976 spindles and 6024 rotors.
• The productivity of Ring yarn is 5325 MT per annum and capacity for Open end yarn is 26175 MT per annum.

Process Control and Quality Assurance :
Apart from the monitoring of Process parameters at all stages , off line tests at the laboratory are carried out on continuous basis to ensure that the yarn is of superior and consistent quality. Offline testing is carried out at the Quality Control laboratory right from the raw material stage The laboratory is equipped with High volume cotton fibre testing machines like Premier HFT 9000 , Uster Afis , Uster Tensorapid -III , Premier Classimat -7000 testing machine , Auto wrapping & lea tester. , Twist tester and Trash analyzer.
